On Friday 2nd October, many of our staff students will be running, jogging or walking 5km after school to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research UK’s work is funded entirely by the fundraising efforts of people like us, so the more of you who unite with us in the fight against cancer, the more money we can raise to beat cancer sooner.

We are grateful for any donation you are able to make and thank you for your support.

Sixth Form Opportunities Evening, Thursday 15th October 5.00pm

Parents and students in Year 11 are invited to find out more about our wide range of courses for young people of all abilities and aspirations. All students will be very welcome, whatever the current school.

The evening will start with a series of talks about Sixth Form life and will be followed with an opportunity for you to speak to subject staff about the subjects we offer at A Level and BTEC.

The evening follows the Year 11 Sixth Form options morning on Tuesday 13th October during which students will have the opportunity to further develop their understanding of all of their options for their next steps post 16.

The talks will take place in House order with Ashley at 17.00, Budbury & Conigre at 17.30 and Huntingdon & Westfield at 18.00. If you are an external pupil then please attend any of these talks.

Pupils have received a letter explaining this process in more detail.

I look forward to meeting you on the 15th October.
