We are extremely pleased with another year of excellent GCSE results, which show that the improvements made last year have been sustained. Once again, students have achieved very good results across a range of subjects, with attainment and progress in English and Maths remaining very high. Around 73% achieved at least 5 grades A*-C including English and Maths. These results reflect the determined, hard work put in by students, the professionalism and commitment of staff and the support and encouragement of parents – a team effort!

We are thrilled that 24 students achieved at least 8 GCSEs at grade A*/A. There are many individual achievements for students across the whole range of abilities and we are proud of all of them. We wish all our students every success as they return to sixth form here or embark on further study elsewhere.

We are very proud of the results achieved by our students. Seven have achieved a superb clean sweep of all A*s and A grades. The average point score achieved per student is well above target, a result of hard work and commitment from students and teachers. Overall achievement has been in line with expectations.
