With the gorgeous weather, what better way to relieve exam stress than to walk to school. Monday 20th May starts ‘Walk to School Week 2019’. This is for staff, students and parents. The aim, as with all Sustainable Transport, is to encourage all of us to get to school in the morning by some means of Sustainable Transport – ideally with physical exercise. It is good for the environment, your wallet, your mind and your body.
Important Black Rock information:
Students in Year 9 have received their final briefings this week (w/c 16/05) on Black Rock. They have been issued with a letter detailing all of the important information that both students and parents need to be aware of, including a kit list, which can also be found on our letters home page. If you have any queries, please contact Mr Bailey.
The year 8 Subject Consultation Meetings takes place on Thursday 9th May. School will finish at 1.20pm for all year groups.
A letter has been sent home to Parents and Carers about an update to the summer school uniform. A copy of this can be found on our Letters Home section of the website here.
